CBRS NPRM Published in Fed. Reg.

On September 6, 2024, the FCC published in the Federal Register the Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (“NPRM”) seeking comment on proposed adjustments to the regulatory framework of the Citizens Broadband Radio Service (“CBRS”) to further enhance spectrum access for commercial use cases, improve the dynamic spectrum sharing model, and foster continued innovation in the band.

Comments are due on or before October 7, 2024.

Reply Comments are due on or before November 5, 2024.
