FCC Publishes C-Band Reimbursement Claims Submissions Deadline PN in Fed. Reg.

On October 24, 2023, the FCC published in the Federal Register the Public Notice seeking comment on the C-Band Relocation Payment Clearinghouse’s (“RPC”) proposed final claims submission deadlines, thereby setting the comment deadline.

Comments are due on or before November 8, 2023.

On December 6, 2023, the FCC released the Agenda for the December Open Commission Meeting scheduled for Wednesday, December 13, 2023 at 10:30 AM.  The meeting can be viewed in
