FCC Publishes CTIA SIM Swapping/Port-Out Fraud Petition in Fed. Reg.

On February 8, 2024, the FCC published in the Federal Register a correction to the dates to file oppositions and replies to CTIA’s Petition for Partial Reconsideration (“Petition”) of the FCC’s SIM Swapping and Port-Out Fraud Report and Order (“R&O”).

Oppositions to the Petition are due on or before February 13, 2024.

Replies to oppositions are due on or before February 23, 2024.
