FCC Publishes PN on Using BDC Fabric for High-Cost Deployment Obligations in Fed. Reg.

On February 14, 2024, the FCC published in the Federal Register the Public Notice seeking comment on utilizing the Broadband Data Collection’s (BDC) Broadband Serviceable Location Fabric (Fabric) to update and verify compliance with certain high-cost program support recipients’ deployment obligations, thereby setting the comment and reply comment dates.

Comments are due on or before March 15, 2024.

Reply comments are due on or before April 1, 2024.
