FCC Updates Covered List to Include Expanded Kaspersky Offerings

On July 23, 2024, the Public Safety and Homeland Security Bureau (“Bureau”) released a Public Notice announcing the following update to the FCC’s Covered List that contains services and products that are deemed to pose an unacceptable risk to the national security of the United States or the security and safety of United States persons: cybersecurity and anti-virus software produced or provided by Kaspersky Lab, Inc.  This action broadens the identified AO Kaspersky Lab equipment and services that were previously added to the list in March 2022.
