Form 499-Q Due Thursday, May 1, 2025

This is a reminder of the upcoming deadline for filing the FCC Form 499-Q and supporting documentation.  Generally, non de minimis telecommunications carriers that provide interstate telecommunications services are required to file an FCC Form 499-Q Telecommunications Reporting Worksheet with the FCC on or before Thursday, May 1, 2025.  Carriers must provide revenue information for January 1, 2025 to March 31, 2025, and projections for July 1, 2025 to September 30, 2025.
