Reminder – Annual Accessibility Recordkeeping Compliance Certifications Due April 1, 2025

On March 3, 2025, the FCC released a Public Notice reminding service providers and equipment manufacturers subject to Sections 255, 716, and 718 of the Communications Act of 1934 of their obligation to maintain records and file their annual Accessibility Recordkeeping Compliance Certification by April 1, 2025.

Entities required to file include telecommunications and VoIP providers, equipment manufacturers, advanced communications service providers, mobile service providers, and manufacturers of mobile phones with internet browsers.  IVCS and IPCS providers are also covered.  Filing is done via the RCCCI Registry.
