ARPA $7.5M Spending Survey – Loudoun

Loudoun’s asking residents how they want to spend appropriated American Rescue Plan funds not yet spent during COVID, essentially on non-COVID or tertiary impact items – including :

Residents and employers can now provide input on how the county should spend $7.5 million of the federal American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funding it has received.
The survey seeks information regarding five topics:
  • Business reinvestment and recovery
  • Child care
  • Economic development for small businesses
  • Nonprofit funding
  • Transportation
Members of the public are asked to rank three topics in priority order, and then note specific areas within those topics that are most important. Residents can also add other items not already on the list.
