FCC Publishes SCA Connected Car FNPRM in Fed. Reg.

On April 23, 2024, the FCC published in the Federal Register the Further Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (“FNPRM”) seeking comment on whether to extend the rules implementing the Safe Connections Act (“SCA”) to connected car services to further protect domestic violence survivors, thereby setting the comment and reply comment dates.

Comments are due on or before May 23, 2023.

Reply comments are due on or before June 24, 2024.

PRA comments are due on or before June 24, 2024.
